- We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse, fraud, or policy violations.
Use of Service
KlientCRM provides CRM and business management tools to help users store leads, manage clients, track sales activities, and automate tasks.
You agree NOT to use the platform for:
- Spam or unsolicited marketing.
- Illegal transactions.
- Fraud, phishing, or exploitation
- Pornography or adult services
- Malware/viruses or hacking attempts
Violation may result in immediate account termination.
Subscription & Payments
KlientCRM is provided on a Subscription-based model (monthly or yearly). Prices may change with prior notice.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing until cancellation.
Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel anytime from your dashboard.
Refund Policy:
- 7-Day Refund Window for first-time paid customers.
- No partial refunds for unused subscription time.
Data Ownership
Your data remains your property
We DO NOT sell or share your CRM contacts or business information.
Data Deletion
Upon account termination, your stored data may be permanently deleted after 30 days.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Loss of revenue.
- Third-party integrations.
- Data loss due to user actions, external attacks, or force majeure events
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
- Any disputes arising from the use of klientcrm.com will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Karachi, Pakistan law.
- KlientCRM reserves the right to make the final decision on any internal account-related dispute, including pricing, account suspension, feature access, and policy interpretation.
Updates to Terms and Conditions
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use means you accept the latest version.
